The Thurrock School Sports Association (TSSA) is funded by all local junior and secondary schools. The aim of the Association to promote and develop school sport in the Borough through funding projects.

Each year, all schools are asked to make a donation towards these costs. All schools should receive a letter soon for 2011/12.
