School Games Roadshow!
On Thursday 19th January 1-3pm Thurrock SSP is hosting a ‘School Games Roadshow’ (formally the PLT day). This roadshow is designed to give you more information on the School Games programme and to answer any questions that you may have on the changes to School Sport partnerships. It will also provide you with information on how to set up a school sports organizing committee in your school and how best to do this.
Outcomes of the day:
Increase awareness and knowledge of the School Games (including setting up SSOC)
Share best practice and innovation
Discuss the school games calendar, and any additions that schools request
Promote the role of the SGO and Teacher Release
Networking opportunity
PE coordinators, Heads of PE, and Headteachers are all invited to attend.
