Year 3/4 Tennis

Thurrock Lawn Tennis club kindly hosted the Thurrock SSP year 3/4 tennis festival yesterday.  Teams from Little Thurrock and Warren Primary participated with leaders from William Edwards School officiating all the matches.

Players were ranked 1-4, and played their matching rank in the opposing team 3 times.  At the end of the afternoons matches the score couldnt have been any closer with teams tied on 13 games each.  We then had to go back through all the results and add up all the points accumulated by both teams.

The final scores were Little Thurrock 207 and Warren 234.  Warren will now go through to represent Thurrock in the Essex Final on Wednesday 26th June at David Lloyd Basildon.
